White pagoda tents offering a variety of international delicacies, specialities in the areas of vinegar and oil, cheese and pepper, olives and honey, selected organic wines and even sausages: 
Bad Honnef will be kissed out of hibernation on the weekend of 11 and 12 April and awakened thanks to its first major event of the year. ‘Fühl dich frühlich’ (Feel cheerful) entices the residents of Honnef and the surrounding area out of their homes and into the town centre. The festival, with a large number of exhibitors, offers visitors not only a wide variety of culinary delights, but also all kinds of fine products from the fields of arts and crafts, garden design, landscaping, tree nurseries, decoration, Italian fashion and jewellery. Visitors are welcome to stroll around and browse.

Incidentally, Bad Honnef retailers are also supporting the event. Shops will be open not only on Saturday, but also on 12 April. Business owners are inviting shoppers to enjoy a Sunday shopping event from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., with lots of great special offers.
