RHEIN!ROMANTIK? is more than just an exhibition concept - it is an interactive art project that presents the romanticism of the Rhine in all its diversity and depth. Until 2029, changing exhibits will be presented in different exhibition venues.

The project was launched in 2019 by regional artists from the Upper Middle Rhine Valley. It deals with both historical and contemporary Romanticism on the Rhine.
The aim is to shed light on the many facets of Romanticism and reflect on its significance for the present day.

In October 2025, we will be showing a small selection of these exhibits in our Burg Bistro.
There will also be readings on three Saturdays in October.
