Water, fire, lasers, light and music!
Gigantic fountains made up of billions of water droplets shooting over 30 metres into the night sky, a fascinating play of colours created by light and laser effects, brilliant music ranging from classical to pop, and fiery pyrotechnic accents: The Klangwelle Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler combines the elements of water, fire, lasers, light and music into a unique mega show that will give you goosebumps. In October 2025, the Klangwelle will once again enchant the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler spa gardens on eight event evenings.
In the town that owes its fame to its springs, the sound wave carries upwards, reflecting what Bad Neuenahr is all about: water in all its beauty. What has just shot up above the treetops is then transformed into a huge ‘hydroscreen’ onto which impressive images and videos are projected: cinema feeling included!
But it is the magnificent selection of music that turns the show into an emotional work of art: with new themes and choreography, the sound wave breathtakingly stages melodies from classical, rock, pop and Rhineland-Cologne songs in perfect harmony with all the other effects.
The event area in the spa gardens opens daily from Thursday to Saturday at 6 p.m. and on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. with entertainment, moderation, music and a wide range of food and drink. The show consists of various acts and intervals. It begins at 8 p.m. from Thursday to Saturday and at 7:30 p.m. on Sundays.
